Chair of Multimedia Narration | brain.mapping
Supervised by Ana Vallejo & Catalina Giraldo
Bauhaus-University Weimar 2018
Exhibited at Kunstfest Weimar September 2020
“The neuronal.landscapes project aims to expand aesthetic perception and presents the world to the viewer from a different perspective. For three semesters, students and lecturers from the Chair of Multimedia Narration from Bauhaus-University Weimar in cooperation with Kunstfest Weimar have been working on this installation project using animation and video-mapping. The work aims to approach our –naive– concepts of the creative mind and to explore imaginary spaces through experimental animation.”
Ana Vallejo Cuartas & Catalina Giraldo
As each one of us had their own video projected, my segment was about exploring the idea of circulation between art forms and media, inspired by the work of polymath artists of the 19th century.
